COMMON成立于1987年,是生产设备的生产商,用于对流量和流量进行计费和技术测量。起初的活动与流量设备(压缩机,涡轮膨胀机及其配件)的服务有关。1991年,开始研究气工业测量系统。接下来的几年致力于将更多类型的测量设备投入生产。
